Flipping West Milton

Investing in real estate has always been a dream of mine. In 2016 my dream became a reality. I was able to be a part of flipping a home in West Milton, OH. The house was in pretty good shape. Three bedrooms, one bath, two-car garage with a pretty good size backyard. There were a few major projects that needed to be completed to get it ready to sell. The main projects were: run a water line to the back utility room in order to get the washer/dryer out of the kitchen, redo a very large wooden deck in the back yard, remove an interior wall to give the home an open concept, install a new kitchen, and update flooring/paint. It took almost a year but the daddy-daughter-husband team (with some helpers along the way) completed the project in 2017 and sold for a profit. I continue to look for investment properties and look forward to completing another project soon!!
